Fat Cat Homemade Vinegar

Have you tried our homemade vinegar yet? Well you should. It's amazing.

We wanted to create a condiment for the tables that was different from the usual Tabasco or siracha. So we came up with our spicy vinegar. We've been making it since we opened in 2007. It is made with apple cider vinegar , thai chilies (a nod to the neighborhood), black pepper corns and garlic.

It's great on our housemade fries and our signature pork belly sandwich. Our customers who take in home tell us they put in on pizza, chili, pasta.
