Meet the Brewer: Whiner Beer Company - May 1st

Fat Cat is proud to host Brian and Ria from Whiner Beer Company. They will be in at 7pm for a meet and greet along with a few giveaway’s and beer samplings! Whiner Beer Company focuses on barrel aged beers and is dedicated to the Belgian tradition of bacteria and alternative yeast fermentation. The brewery is house in The Plant, a net-zero energy business incubator in Chicago’s historic Back of the Yards neighborhood.

Featuring: Le Tub - Blended Barrel-Aged Wild Saison | 6.4% ABV White grapes, Lemon tarts, Funky Fresh Hell Kitty Kitty - Belgo American Pale Ale | 7.0% ABV Dry-hopped with Zythos, Sterling and Hallertau. Brigitte Bardot – American Wild Ale | 6.1% ABV American wild ale brewed with Blackberries. Very exclusive keg, only 20 distributed in the city!
